The breakfast offered so much VARIETY. The gym includes six treadmills and four stationary bikes. Kaviru and Sathmi at the bar were so attentive, always anticipating my needs. The Luxury Hour provided complimentary snacks and drinks, so lovely.
I experienced MINOR delays receiving housekeeping at the time i requested.

The room included a king-size bed and a seating area. It also featured floor-to-ceiling windows and provided ample natural light. The private balcony was a great addition, with comfy seating and amazing views.

dona provided a warm welcome at check-in (a very smooth process). the complimentary luxury hour at the ahasa bar was a treat. rifshaz provided extraordinary service, showing great attention to detail.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room. The tv sometimes froze. it didn't detract much from my overall stay. the hotel is really great, though.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. i particularly enjoyed the fresh parathas prepared by vishesh kapoor (they were excellent). the chocolate danish and puri aloo were also good.

my towers room had a waterfront view and a private balcony. the room was comfortable, quiet, and easily climate controlled. i appreciated the excellent wi-fi available throughout the hotel.

Really good Hotel Experience

The breakfast was well-prepared. Mr Fasmy ensured pepper chicken was available after my request. Each meal at the hotel was suited to our tastes, thanks to Chef Prithvi. Manoj provided excellent room cleaning.
The hotel was showing signs of wear. Specifically the scratched wooden flooring in the room.
